Find QCAS-approved Personal Assistants in West Sussex

Local home support introductions for people looking for companionship, personal care, respite support, domestic help or live-in support.

Hub Care Support West Sussex helps people find flexible support at home from independent Personal Assistants in the local area.

We understand that choosing support for yourself or someone close to you can feel like a big step. Our role is to help make that process clearer, easier and more reassuring.

You choose the Personal Assistant you feel is right, and the practical details such as days, times, tasks and rates are agreed directly between you and the PA.

How the Hub Care Support works locally

Finding the right support should feel personal, not rushed.

That’s why we take the time speak with every single person looking for support.

We want to understand your individual circumstances and needs so we can make the best, most informed suggestions for your support.

Chat with us

First, you tell your local Hub team what kind of support you are looking for. This might include companionship, help at home, personal care, respite support, dementia support or live-in care.

Review PA profiles

We send you the profiles of every Personal Support Assistant that potentially meets your wants and needs. Then it's over to you to take the time to fully review their profiles.

Arrange a chat

Once you've made your selections, invite the Personal Support Assistant(s) to meet with you so you can be sure that they are the right fit, ask them for any more information and discuss the finer details of your support.

Why we only introduce QCAS-approved PAs

Choosing a Personal Assistant is a personal decision, so reassurance matters.

Hub Care Support only introduces people to Personal Assistants who have been approved through QCAS, the Quality Care Approval Scheme. QCAS checks are designed to give people more confidence when choosing support at home.

Checks include identity, enhanced conviction free DBS, references, training and insurance.

Mark

Director

Having worked in the service industry throughout my career, I’ve always been passionate about supporting others. When my father-in-law began to need support at home, I saw first-hand just how important the right care can be for both the individual and their family.

That experience inspired me to pursue a career where I could combine my experience with helping others. As Director of Hub Care Support South Hampshire, I’m committed to helping local people find trusted, independent Personal Assistantswho can provide flexible, personalised support.

Karen

Director

I’ve always found great fulfilment in helping and supporting others. My own family experiences, supporting my late grandmother through Parkinson’s disease and now my father, who lives with diabetes and dementia, have shown me how important compassionate, reliable support can be.

I’m delighted to be part of Hub Care Support South Hampshire, working alongside my husband, Mark, to help local people find independent Personal Assistants who can provide friendly, dependable and personalised support.

I have used The Hub to provide both short-visit and live-in care for my mother. I have found the staff to be both friendly and helpful, as well as having endless patience. Any issues or challenges I have had, they have worked tirelessly to resolve. I would certainly recommend The Hub to those people needing care for their elderly relatives.

I would like to pass my sincere and heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Hub Care Support and the amazing team of PAs who have looked after my dad. Not only have they cared compassionately for dad, they have arrived with smiles, comfort and a well needed hug during the most difficult of times. We have often breathed a sigh of relief when they have arrived and knowing they were with dad when. Thank you doesn't really cover it but a huge thanks to them all and the whole team at Hub Care Support.

The Hub Care support team have been absolutely fantastic in providing 5 star carers for our father over the last few years. Once you provide your needs they find suitable carers and a full CV for you to read in advance. You can then interview for suitability and arrange for that person to join your team. We have been so lucky to meet lifelong friends as a result of working with the hub - carers who have become part of our family.

With the help of Hub Care Support, I was able to find two wonderfully capable personal assistants for my husband who has advanced dementia. Lynne at the office was very patient as well as friendly while listening to my detailed request. Hub Care Support was highly recommended by our next door neighbour. I would wholeheartedly recommend them too. Very grateful for their support. Thank you!

I booked a live in carer for 3 days/nights for respite for myself. I was told this person matched my brief. Well I can’t tell you how right they were. Our carer fitted in so perfectly. My husband and I immediately bonded with our carer. It was a fabulous respite for myself but most importantly my husband keeps asking when is she coming back! I am hugely grateful for being introduced to my wonderful carer.
